1.Refund Method:
- We offer refunds in the form of store credits issued as E-Vouchers against order cancellations.
- The store credits have no expiration date and can be used for future purchases on our website.
- The store credits will be issued for the value of the returned item, excluding non-refundable charges as mentioned below.
- Shipping and handling fees will be deducted based on order weight: Rs 250 for less than 1kg and Rs 350 for over 1kg.
- An additional 5% of the total order cost is deducted as a non-refundable transaction fee.
2. Refund Processing Time:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- We will process the refund and issue the store credits as vouchers within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the store credits to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the above criteria or if we suspect any misuse or abuse of our return policy.
